Agreement
By using Calyndra (web, mobile, or API), you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any learner you support. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Calyndra is
Calyndra¯ is a proprietary AAC guidance system owned by Future Contractors of America LLC. Caly¯ is the system¯s learning-intelligence persona. Caly offers practical suggestions about vocabulary, modeling, sensory-safe design, and assent-respecting routines¯grounded in the Calyndra System Law governance corpus.
What Calyndra is not
- Not a medical device ¯ no FDA clearance, CE mark, or SaMD certification is claimed
- Not diagnostic ¯ Caly does not diagnose, screen, or label conditions
- Not prescriptive ¯ Caly does not prescribe treatment, medication, or clinical plans
- Not emergency services ¯ Caly cannot call 911 or dispatch help
- Not a replacement for clinicians ¯ speech-language pathologists, OTs, physicians, and educators retain authority
Emergencies
If you or someone you support is in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services (e.g., 911 in the United States) or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not rely on Caly for crisis response.
Caregiver responsibility
You agree that:
- An adult caregiver supervises use when a child or dependent person accesses Calyndra
- You evaluate Caly¯s suggestions in context and apply professional judgment
- You seek qualified professionals for medical, developmental, and safety decisions
- You honor assent and refusal (¯no,¯ ¯stop¯) without punishment or coercion
- You do not present Caly¯s output as clinical documentation or legal advice
Acceptable use
- Use for personal, educational, and caregiver-support purposes
- Do not attempt to extract harmful, abusive, or diagnostic-authority behavior from Caly
- Do not scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer production APIs
- Do not misrepresent Calyndra as a regulated medical product
No warranty
Calyndra is provided ¯as is.¯ We strive for safety and clinical alignment, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free responses, or fitness for a particular medical outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FCA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Calyndra. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the prior twelve months (or $100 if the service was free).
Intellectual property
Calyndra, Caly, System Law documents, and branding are proprietary to Future Contractors of America LLC. You may not copy, sublicense, or create derivative commercial products without written permission.
Privacy

Changes and termination
We may update these terms or discontinue features with notice on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for abuse or security risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
